If you are not present at the time of delivery, the parcel will be delivered to the nearest parcel pick-up point.</p><p data-mce-fragment="1">The carrier will provide you with the parcel tracking number and further information on the expected delivery time.</p><p data-mce-fragment="1"><strong data-mce-fragment="1">Curbside Delivery &#x20AC;75 (free delivery for purchases over &#x20AC;69)</strong></p><p data-mce-fragment="1">Heavier furniture and items are delivered to the curbside by a carrier. Items of a certain size and weight will be delivered on a pallet, for which the customer is responsible for disposal, as well as packaging.</p><p data-mce-fragment="1">It is not possible to have the order delivered inside or upstairs for an additional fee. The carrier will call you to arrange a delivery time.</p><h4 data-mce-fragment="1" id="failed-delivery">Failed Delivery</h4><p data-mce-fragment="1">In the event of a failed delivery, the carrier will collect the order and call you to arrange a new delivery date.
