Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return process

Find and fill out our return form here to initiate the return process with your order number and e-mail adress. Then we will be in contact.

Note: A delivery fee of 15€ is charged for regular postal returns and 125€ for pallet returns.

Refund process

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the requirements of our return policy. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
